— Special Report of Piracy. —
A salt junk named "Sun-Chang-keng" about 2,000 picul capacity belonging to Hong Kong, left this place on the 4th March, 1867, for Macao with a cargo of Salt (2000 piculs). On the vessel's arrival the salt was discharged and sold. On the 22nd March a cargo on board consisting of 5 chests of Malwa Opium for His Excellency Sir Richard Graves MacDonnell, K.C.B., Governor.
